Breathwork is an active meditation technique. It uses your breath to bring you into a deeper state of consciousness, overriding the brain to allow the wisdom of your body to be accessed. You won’t be the same after one breathwork session. Many people unwind behavioral patterns and limiting beliefs in just a few sessions. You may feel significantly less brain fog, anxiety, and inhibitions; have an easier time connecting with your family and friends; and experience more joy, peace, curiosity, and creativity.
