This summer, 22 Teachings is proud to bring the teachings, inspiration, and magic of Amar Energy back to our school for a 6 week intensive: Dragon Alchemy.
Dragon Alchemy is more than just a course. It is an experience of personal alchemy in real time. Everyone who experiences this journey comes out the other side transformed in one way or another. This course is a commitment to partnering with these magical beings to allow oneself to be elevated.
Each week, students will focus on and work with a different element and its corresponding dragon, 5 Elemental Dragons in total and by the end of the course, attendees will meet and connect with their own team of Elemental Dragons.

“I met my first dragon almost 10 years ago. As I was drifting off to sleep one night, I suddenly felt a whoosh of powerful energy in the room. A huge dragon began to encircle me with his loving presence. His size was massive and his energy was unlike anything I had experienced before. He presented himself as a member of a family of 5 dragons that were here to work with me. He told me was the Spirit dragon and over the course of the next few months, I was introduced to the Fire, Water, Air, and Earth dragons. Thus began a powerful chapter in my life of personal alchemy and transformation.
Over the years, I have worked with my dragon team (as I call them) on numerous occasions. They are powerful elemental beings who posses great wisdom.
They each have the ability to direct the forces of one of the 5 elements; Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Spirit. They are here to help humans learn how to work with and keep these energies in balance in our lives. “
Each week we will work with an individual dragon and its corresponding element.
There is homework and inner work to be done each week that relates to the element and its influences in your life. Some weeks will be easier than others. While there are always commonalities to the experience, everyone’s journey is unique.
The course culminates with attendees being introduced to their own team of Elemental Dragons.

- WEEK 1: Spirit Dragon – Intuition, knowing, faith, trust, inspiration. Planetary, Astrological, and Tarot correspondences. Elemental Attributes of Spirit. We explore which plants and herbs have a Spirit connection. We explore the shadow side of this element as well as its illumined qualities. There will be a discussion around rituals that can be used for connection and expression, as well as prompts for journaling and inner work
- WEEK 2: Fire Dragon – Direction, purpose, destruction, chaos, rebirth. Planetary, Astrological, and Tarot correspondences. Elemental Attributes of Fire. We explore which plants and herbs have a Fire connection. We explore the shadow side of this element as well as its illumined qualities. There will be a discussion around rituals that can be used for connection and expression, as well as prompts for journaling and inner work
- WEEK 3: Water Dragon – Feelings, heart, fluidity, resilience, boundaries. Planetary, Astrological, and Tarot correspondences. Elemental Attributes of Water. We explore which plants and herbs have a Water connection. We explore the shadow side of this element as well as its illumined qualities. There will be a discussion around rituals that can be used for connection and expression, as well as prompts for journaling and inner work
- WEEK 4: Air Dragon – Thought, belief, emotions, stories, mental framework, limitations. Planetary, Astrological, and Tarot correspondences. Elemental Attributes of Air. We explore which plants and herbs have an Air connection. We explore the shadow side of this element as well as its illumined qualities. There will be a discussion around rituals that can be used for connection and expression, as well as prompts for journaling and inner work
- WEEK 5: Earth Dragon – Physical life, creation, manifestation, focus, death. Planetary, Astrological, and Tarot correspondences. Elemental Attributes of Earth. We explore which plants and herbs have an Earth connection. We explore the shadow side of this element as well as its illumined qualities. There will be a discussion around rituals that can be used for connection and expression, as well as prompts for journaling and inner work
- WEEK 6: Summoning and Meeting Your Dragons – Meeting your own team of dragons!
