The Advanced tarot series builds upon specific aspects of reading for divination, guidance, meditation, and talismanic work with the Tarot. Each class will fill you with new techniques, ideas, and wisdom. Students should have a basic understanding of tarot before taking these classes.

• Journal and pen
• A tarot deck of your choosing – does not have to be a Rider Waite Smith
• When applicable, handouts will be emailed out in advance of each class

The Tarot Tableau of the Golden Dawn:
The Tarot Tableau is a method of laying the cards which was practiced in the inner order of the Golden Dawn to discover the secret keys in the Major Arcana. It was later used by Paul Foster Case in his order Builders of the Adytum. Not only tracing these concepts back further to the 18th century, but also bringing these teachings into the current era, Faculty head and Tarot Master Naha Armády sheds new light on this elegant model with insights and profound discoveries to assist you in extracting deeper wisdom from the Keys. You will learn the structure of the Tableau, and reading techniques using the Major and Minor arcana.

Cube of Space:
The Cube of Space is comprised of sides, edges and dimensions, and to each designation, Qabalists have assigned the Hebrew letters, and in turn, practitioners of the Western Mystery Tradition can correspond the Tarot Keys, creating a 3-dimensional macrocosm through which the magician may travel through the keys.

The Sourcework of the Qabalistic Cosmology –  the Sefer Yetzirah outlines the directions and points in space for all of the Hebrew letters except for the 3 mother letters Aleph, Mem and Shin. It was ceremonial magician, tarot author and adept Paul Foster Case who discovered their attributes as aspects of dimension, and it is said that he was the only one who could penetrate the Cube of Space. Case’s work was furthered by David Hulse, who said to have found a path of initiation around the cube, and identified 7 grades or quests, which are said to unfold in separate incarnations.

In this class, students will build their own Tarot Cube of Space and teacher Naha Armády will be the guide on a journey through the 7 quests of the cube.

Divination on the Tree of Life Spread:
As a map of the microcosm, the Qabalistic Tree of Life may be used for divination and insights. It has been mapped with the Tarot by the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, a lineage which is a great inspiration for 22 Teachings and an initiatory spark which is held by our faculty.

Learn multiple techniques for reading with the Tree, and the Tree of Life Tarot Spread as created by Naha Armády to assist you in seeing deeply into your multi-faceted self. This form of divination may also be used with other tools than tarot, and can be adapted to work with Oracle cards, pendulums, runes, I-ching and crystals.

Tarot Talismans & Ritual Techniques:
Tarot cards can be a powerful tool for altar work, generation of energies and ritual magic. In this 3-hour class, Naha teaches multiple techniques for talismanic work with the arcana. Using the cards in this way they can be invoked with planetary, angelic or zodiacal energies, used for manifestation, and helpful in embodying goals.

Teachings include ritual preparations, consecrating a deck, invocation of HRU the angel of the tarot, the Triangle of Art spread, multiple altar set-ups, ceremonial hermetics, and techniques for creating powerful tarot rituals.
