The Rites of Sekhmet performed by the Arborists for the Summer Solstice working of the Lodge. Naha will lead this ritual working and all are welcome to attend regardless of experience.

Sekhmet is the lion-headed daughter of Ra and protectoress. She governs the South and the Solar Barque at high noon in the 22 Teachings system and is a patron deity of the AM Lodge. Initiations in the Sekhmet chapel at Karnak in Luxor have been a potent part of Naha’s experience which she shared with her students thanks to the grace of Isis Indriya of Academy of Oracle Arts.

On the 21st, the Arborists will celebrate the Summer Solstice which can be considered as the “high noon” of the year, with the sun at its peak on the longest day. Please prepare yourself with offerings to Sekhmet and Solar themed attire, altar etc.
