[Online] Astrology School 8-Week Course with Theresa Reed begins Jan 7 2027

Astrology is the language of the cosmos. Like any language, it can feel overwhelming at the beginning. But with a strong foundation, you can learn to speak the lingo confidently. In this 8-week course, we’ll cover all the nuts and bolts, from the signs to the aspects – and more. When you’re finished, you’ll be able to interpret a chart (and understand what astrologers mean when they spout all that fancy astrobabble). Theresa has been studying astrology for over 40 years – and loves to teach, especially to newbies.

Module 1: History, Different Types of Astrology, and Fate vs Free Will – Learn about astrology’s origins, the various branches, and how fate and free will determine your future.

Module 2: The Signs, Elements, and Qualities – The twelve zodiac signs illustrate how energy operates in an astrological chart. We break every sign down to the elements and modalities – and everything in between.

Module 3: The Planets, Rulership, and Elemental Dignities – Now we deep dive into the planets and learn how these celestial bodies impact our natal charts. We’ll cover traditional and modern planets, plus rulership and dignity.

Module 4: The Houses + the Four Cardinal Points – The houses are where the action happens. Each of the twelve houses governs a different area of your life. And those four cardinal points? They’re astrology’s compass and super important.

Module 5: Aspects – Aspects indicate how the planets cooperate – or don’t. We’ll cover the main aspects and quincunxes. This is kinda math-heavy, but once you learn the easy methods for determining the aspects, you’ll never fear geometry again!

Module 6: Chart Patterns, Hemispheres + Aspect Patterns – In this class, we’ll go over the first things an astrologer looks at: what patterns stand out. Is the chart top-heavy? Many planets to the left? What about larger aspect patterns such as T-Squares? What does that mean? Hang tight, pardner – I got you.

Module 7: The Nodes of Fate and Chiron – The Nodes have something to say about karma. Chiron likes to poke at old wounds. These pain points deserve your attention. Work on them, and you’re golden. (Psst…Saturn, too.)

Module 8: Chart Interpretation – Now we put it all together and practice with a chart. Yay! You did it!
