Lunar Mansion Rite: The Wing of Pegasus & Angelic Invocation of Tagriel

Presented in Qabalistic High Magic, Lunar Mansion rites comprise the observance and invocation of the Moon and its ruling angel for the purpose of scrying, talismanic magic or magical operation.

Al Fargh al-Awwal is the 26th lunar manse (processional 24.36 degrees Pisces, the Wing of Pegasus) and features the fixed star Markab [Mercury conjunct Mars] a seat of powerful communication.

Participants will engage in a formal invocation of Luna and the mansion angel Tagriel followed by a hallowed space for intention, consecration and reflection for works of union in societal and romantic arenas, of adept and convincing expression of eloquence and the removal of the bonds of limitation. As we will be operating during a Waxing Gibbous [nearly full] Moon it is also an excellent time for the consecration of talismans. Note this astrological moment also features an eclipse on the Virgo – Pisces axis and as a first in a series of eclipses on this axis in the next few years offers the opportunity for encouraging improvements in life around areas of our charts ruled by Virgo and Pisces. Feelings of discontent can magnify at this time and are indicators of areas in need of re-visioning.

Robes, vestments or ceremonial adornment befitting a Temple of Luna will be observed.
