The tradition of our school holiday Fools Day originated in 2017 when the Arboretum Mysticum Lodge was first dedicated, and it became an official holiday of the AM Lodge.
Of course everyone know April Fools day as one celebrated by pranking and practical jokes, but in a contrarian act of blessing, on our Fools Day we do the opposite – and celebrate by doing random acts of kindness. Over the years the holiday grew into a full day-long spectacular convergence of students and faculty with guest speakers and teachers all offered for free.
It is more than a gift from the school, it is a very special yearly tradition inspired by the innocence, faith, and magic of the archetype of the Fool. An opportunity for us to all come together to share, learn, laugh and bond, and all we ask in return is that you pass it along by doing a random act of kindness for another unsuspecting human.
It’s our great honor to present our upcoming lineup of amazing teachers, inspirational speakers, healers, and magical guides for this joy-filled occasion, our 10th annual Fools Day Celebration.
This year’s in-person event will take place in Virgil Village in East Hollywood and the exact address will be shared with those who RSVP.
You are welcome to come for the full day, or just an hour, but we do ask that you aim to enter mindfully when you arrive, and please do not leave in the middle of someones presentation.
Please note that the in-person venue does have a flight of stairs, if you need assistance please email 22teachings@ggrantjrgmail-com
This event will also be live on zoom all day. It will NOT be recorded.
Limited in-person tickets available. Event is free, but all attendees both in person and online must RSVP. RSVP HERE
