Something came up during the Peh – the Tower working.
I’ve been thinking about the elemental pentagram and planetary hexagram invocations.
Especially through the teachings that William brought, pointing out that after a planetary working, one would banish the energy invoked. I’ve sat with this and here are my thoughts. (which I also ran by him)
For any elemental workings, any undue elemental energy is banished with the closing LBRP so an additional banishing ritual is not necessary.
For planetary workings, that are connected to the specific sephirot, I do not feel the need to banish because we are working with the objective sphere and the Divine emanation of that planet, it is controlled in that sense and balanced. However, for planetary workings that are subjective aka netivot workings (our own inner planetary attributes) it feels right to banish at the end. This can be done effectively by doing the LBRH at the end of the working, hence why we did the LBRH at the end of the Tower working. We will continue this for additional planetary netivot i.e:
Kaph
Gimel
Dalet
Bet
