When it comes to death there’s a lot which is unknown, but one thing is very known – that it has become normal to not talk about death.
Because of this the process of grieving may be very overwhelming and very heartbreaking.
Just like we talk about birth and life, we can normalize and talk about death and learn ways to process, honor, understand and release fear surrounding that which we will all experience one day.
This will make things easier for us, and for those who are departing and transforming.
In this 2-part event, mystic Nesrin Arican shares her experiences and wisdom as participants are guided to a deeper understanding of death.
Blending ceremony and teachings, those in person may bring any personal items or photos to place upon the altar.
