 For those who are curious about energy healing or have been waiting to take the leap into their path as a healer, this class will lift the veil and shine a light on mysteries of the sacred practice of hands on healing.

22 Teachings is proud to welcome Kristie Marie of Rowan Moon Reiki, an Usui Reiki Master teacher who will be offering training attunements for Level I and Level II Usui Reiki. This is an opportunity to meet her and learn more about this healing modality.

REIKI (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes health and well-being,  discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900′s. It is administered by “laying on hands” to balance life force energy “ki”, and provide peace and wellness. If ki is low one might feel sick or drained, and when it is high and balanced it creates health and happiness.  Reiki works on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, allowing for holistic healing. 

In this class you will learn the basics of Reiki, what makes it unique and how it works. Students will engage in several practices to explore and experience the energy or “Ki”: how it runs through us and how it affects our moods, health and daily lives. You will delve into the energy centers of the body and auric field and learn how to connect with them more deeply to gain greater understanding of the self, and discover the many spiritual and practical uses of Reiki and the science backed studies. The sacred process of becoming a Reiki healer will be discussed.  

Kristie Marie is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer and Intuitive Guide with over 10 years of experience. She has a direct mentor lineage to Usui Mikao through Victoria Vives Khuong of Reiki Wellbeing. Grateful  and respectful of her own transformative journey, Kristie Marie offers the healing energy of Reiki and the deep work of Transformational Life Coaching as tools to provide guidance that promotes action, and fosters spiritual and emotional growth. She knows first hand that creating the life you are meant for and nurturing your Authentic Self may be uncomfortable at times.
