Designed to elevate the mind, body, and spirit, each sound bath offered serves as a portal for deep relaxation, transformation, and integration. Led by gifted sound healers, these sessions harness the vibratory power of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other unique instruments to create sacred space for inner exploration and healing.
We are very excited to bring this offering to our remote students as well, and have brought in a special sound set-up to make this resonant for our luminaries from their homes. Headphones are suggested for at-home participants.
