[Online] Ritual Training: Tattvas & the Radiant Holy Breath 4-week course

Breathwork is the most fundamental tool we have to train the mind, calm anxiety, untangle wheels of stress and de-program limiting conditioning.

New for 2026: A completely new and expanded ritual training in breathwork training and the tattvas, including the creation of magical tools, and the elemental practices of the radiant holy breath.

In the first week of the training, students will learn the fundamental theory of breathwork, the Jar and Heart breath, and structure of the Tattvas and their relationship to the practice.

Week two takes the students deeper into the understanding of breathwork on the subtle bodies and the practices of the Solar Plexus, Navel and Root breaths.

In week three, students will create magical tools, painting and consecrating their tattva set through a creative and divinatory process.

In week four, Naha shares the Master Seed breath and mandala, a practice received in the Sekhmet chapel in Karnak on her first trip to Egypt, and teaches new scrying techniques not included in any previous session.

Please prepare yourself and your space accordingly for ritual working. Have your ritual journal or grimoire and something to write with.

You will be mailed the cards to create your tattvas at the beginning of the course. By the third week, you will need to have the following supplies:

-1 bottle of white gesso
-1 small pointed paintbrush and one flat one (see brushes link below)
-tubes of acrylic paint: White, Black, Dark Purple/Indigo, Silver, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Magenta/Violet

You will also need some card stock – you can use 6 or 7 index cards, or a manila folder will do well. You can also use junk mail printed on postcard stock. Does not need to be blank, we are just using it to create templates.
