Appointment Policies:
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rearranged. Please be aware of our policies for rescheduling, cancelling, and no-shows
Rescheduling:
To reschedule appointments, you must call or text no later than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. At this time you must pay in advance for the rescheduled appointment.
If you call or text after the 2 hour grace period you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations:
To cancel without charge, you must call or text no later than 24 hours before your appointment
After 24 hours, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows:
If there is no call or text and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Clients who provide invalid credit card info will be permanently banned from appointments.
All of our practitioners will provide the clearest interpretation possible for spiritual guidance. Clients will be responsible for their subsequent actions and outcomes.
Our practitioners do not make medical diagnoses; all health-related questions should be handled by medical professionals.
It is recommended to wait a minimum of 21 days between readings.
Clients
who are deemed to be reading too frequently jeopardize their own
empowerment and ability to make decisions, and may be refused service if
it is not truly in their highest good.
