2020 and You: A Forecast Through the Lens of Vedic Astrology
On Friday 1/31, we are very excited to welcome Myles Tufts, a friend of the school and a gifted Vedic astrologer. Please join us for his evening lecture “2020 and You: A Forecast Through the Lens of Vedic Astrology.” Myles will introduce Jyotish, the Vedic system of Astrology, one of the six limbs of the Vedas (the most ancient scriptures of Hinduism), which is seen as a science by its practitioners.
Topics include how 2020 will specifically impact your life based on your chart. Myles will give an overview of 2020 revealing the major transits, conjunctions, and aspects to look out for. You will then get to discover your own birth chart, which is known as a snapshot of the sky when we’re born, and the placements of the planets show the fruits of our past karma that we bring into this life.
Personalized Vedic Astrology Readings with Myles Tufts
Tuesday, February 4th, Myles will be offering Vedic Astrology Readings in the Reading Room. In the reading, Myles will cover your ascendant (the foundation of your chart), the planetary placements, and the time cycles/transits you’re currently running. This 30-minute session is a great way to dive deeper into your natal chart and receive guidance about your karmic contract through a new system and perspective.

Teacher Bio: Myles has been studying metaphysics for over 15 years, practicing yoga, meditation, and selfless service in various ashrams around the world. He has an MA in Transpersonal Psychology from Columbia University, is a certified Vedic Astrologer, and an ordained Interfaith minister.
